Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Orbit Intelligence (the "Service"), operated by Orbit Intelligence ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Orbit Intelligence is a market-intelligence product for the space economy. It aggregates publicly available data — launches, government contract awards and solicitations, SEC filings, daily market data, and industry news — and presents it alongside AI-generated summaries.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, pricing, sources, and availability may change.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping credentials secure and notifying us of unauthorized access. One account per individual.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically at the published price until canceled. You can cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

We may change pricing on prospective billing cycles with reasonable notice. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the next renewal. Taxes are added where applicable and are your responsibility.

4. Data, AI content & accuracy

Content on the Service is aggregated from third-party and government sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. AI-generated content (including the daily briefing and extracted funding-round drafts) can contain errors.

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, procurement, or other professional advice. Do your own verification before acting on what you read.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service, including by automated means or by misusing API endpoints.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data from the Service in any form, including derived datasets used to train models, without our written permission.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan limits, paywalls, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right, or to send unsolicited communications.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its associated content, code, and design (excluding upstream third-party data, which remains the property of its source). You retain ownership of any content you submit; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account (see Privacy). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that puts us or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (data, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

8. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
