Product

Who is this for?+
Traders and analysts covering public space companies, funds with an allocation to the sector, government contractors tracking award flow, and operators inside aerospace companies who want to monitor competitors. The wedge is the trader — the rest benefit from the same surfaces.
How is this different from a Bloomberg Terminal or a Google Alert?+
Bloomberg covers everything shallow; we cover space deep. Google Alerts give you press releases; we give you the originating SEC filing, contract award, or launch outcome with the price chart attached. We're domain-specific by design.
What companies do you cover?+
~23 US-listed space-economy tickers (RKLB, LUNR, ASTS, PL, IRDM, and the larger primes like LMT and BA with space segments), plus the top ~100 private space companies seeded manually and enriched from launches, contracts, filings, and news.
How fresh is the data?+
Launches and news refresh every few hours. Federal contracts sync daily. Regulatory filings are alerted in near real time. Prices refresh after the US close on weekdays. Standards on the methodology page.

Plans & billing

What’s free vs Pro?+
Free: dashboard, daily AI briefing, launch tracker, 1-month price charts, 5 company profiles per month, watchlist (5 items). Pro ($99/mo): event-annotated price charts with full history, auto-computed comps, SEC filing + Form 4 alerts, full catalyst calendar, unlimited profiles and watchlists, advanced search, CSV export. Full table on the pricing page.
Is there a free trial of Pro?+
Not at MVP. The free tier is intentionally generous so you can evaluate the product without a credit card; Pro adds depth traders need (event-annotated charts, filing alerts, comps) and prices accordingly.
Annual pricing?+
Monthly only at launch. Annual is on the post-MVP roadmap once monthly retention numbers stabilize.
Refund policy?+
Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. If something broke and you want a refund, email support@orbitintelligence.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
Enterprise / team plans?+
Post-MVP — we're gauging demand via the "Contact sales" route on pricing. If you need team seats now, tell us and we'll work something out.
API access?+
No API in any current plan. It's on the long-term roadmap; we'll publish a versioned API only once the underlying data models are stable.

Data, AI, and accuracy

Is the daily briefing actually useful?+
It's a terse summary of the last 24 hours of launches, contracts, filings, and news — built so you can read it in under five minutes before the open. It runs over our own structured data, not a model scraping the public internet. If generation fails we don't send placeholder content; the previous briefing remains in the archive.
How accurate are AI-extracted funding rounds?+
Funding rows drafted by AI from news are queued for human review before they appear anywhere users can see them. We'd rather ship empty than ship wrong.
Is this investment advice?+
No. Orbit Intelligence is an information product. Nothing here is investment, legal, or procurement advice. Verify independently before trading or contracting on what you read.
I found a data error.+
Email data@orbitintelligence.com with the page URL and what looks wrong. We chase down corrections fast.

Privacy & access

Do you sell my data?+
No. Full stop. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I delete my account?+
Email legal@orbitintelligence.com from the address on your account. Deletion removes your profile, watchlists, alerts, and notification history.
Where is my data stored?+
Customer data lives in Supabase Postgres (US region). See the security page for the full sub-processor list.
